LEASE TERMS
$200 refundable deposit due upon reservation of machine.
Damage beyond normal wear & tear will forfeit deposit, as well as be subject to additional fees for repair/replacement up to full cost of Microformer ($1560)
Mecha will assist in cases where Microformers need repairs. Please email boulder@mecha.com for any machine issues.
Microformers can be picked up at Mecha for free, delivery and assembly options are available for a fee ($99 delivery within Boulder, $119 outside of Boulder). Machine will be pre-assembled for those who have chosen to lease, $10 charge will be applied for those who choose to purchase.
Leasing has a 3 month long minimum at $199/month. After 3 months, lease will be auto-renewed for an additional 3 months. After 15 months, Microformer will be owned (15th month covered by deposit). Mecha at Home Microformer leases include the cost of membership, which gives unlimited access to both live stream and recorded content. There is no option to lease the machine only.
Early termination of lease (before 3 months) will result in 50% charge of the remainder of lease. Deposit will cover fees for any lease terminated after the first 30 days.
15 lease payments fulfills lease to own
The Microformer is due back at Mecha within 5 days of lease termination (return instructions will be shared). Beyond that, a charge of $15/day will be incurred. Pick-up from your home can be arranged for an additional charge ($50).
Mecha is authorized to charge the card provided for monthly Membership/Lease fee, and well as any late or damage charges.
MEMBERSHIP TERMS
Mecha provides service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Mecha at Home is used at your own risk.
Mecha at Home memberships (no machine rental) may be purchased for $59/month. Membership can be cancelled at any time, please just give us 30 days notice if you would like to cancel.
Members agree to leave the device camera on when taking live classes to get the most out of the workout. Teachers will give form cues to better support clients. If users prefer not to use camera, they agree to take previously recorded classes instead.
Membership fee at this time covers a household membership.
Live stream classes will be available via Zoom. Please register for classes through MindBody. A meeting code and password will be emailed 1 hour before class.
Mecha reserves the right to terminate this contract with 30 days notice to client. Mecha also reserves the right to change the class schedule at any time.
I am aware that I am engaging in physical exercise and that the use of training equipment and instruction could cause injury to me. I am voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risks of injury that might result from them. I understand that all reasonable efforts will be made to ensure my physical safety. I understand that the equipment can be dangerous if used improperly and I will follow the strict instructions given by instructor with respect to all of the equipment used.
I agree that neither I, nor my heirs, assigns or legal representatives, will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against MECHA, LLC or its instructors for any personal injury or property damage/loss, I might occur from my participation in this training program.
