Directional Cues on the Megaformer
We transition quickly from exercise to exercise in Resistance classes. The goal is to transition quickly and then immediately slow down so you get more time under tension and a more effective and efficient workout. Key words before each exercise tell you where on the Megaformer you will perform the exercise. The better you know those key words the more efficiently you can make your transitions. Learn more about those directional cues from Mia.
Scrambled Eggs
Scrambled Eggs is an oblique exercise used in Mecha’s Resistance classes. Refine your form when performing Scrambled Eggs with Bri’s alignment cues, then learn a few variations of the exercise to take your Scrambled Eggs to the up a notch in your next Resistance class.
