HYBRID CLASSES
HYBRID classes fuse RESISTANCE training and CARDIO+STRENGTH into a single incredible experience. HYBRID classes are perfect for those who want the most efficient full-body workout imaginable. We recommend that you take at least one normal RESISTANCE class and one normal CARDIO+STRENGTH class prior to taking a HYBRID because there is no time in a HYBRID class to receive a proper machine orientation. Please be sure to bring athletic shoes for the Cardio+ portion of class.
