Brief Description of Our Fitness Class Types:

RESISTANCE is our take on strength based Pilates. Thorough, slow-paced and challenging are words to describe this signature MECHA class.

CARDIO + STRENGTH is our HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class. It’s low-impact yet you’ll receive an amazing cardio workout that incorporates Versaclimber, Assult Bike, Ski Erg and weights.

STRENGTH is focused on weightlifting. We offer an A Day and B Day. Each day consists of 8 exercises you’ll perform at your own pace with guidance from the instructor.

RELEASE is our assisted stretching class. You’ll use our pilates machines but instead of using the tension for strength, you’ll use the spring tension to gently stretch your muscles.

BARBELL CLUB is our heavy and technical weight lifting class. The club is reserved in 4-week cycles that include regular sessions with our expert coach to help you progress in heavy lifts like back squats and classic deadlifts. An additional fee is required for the cycle.

Cancellation Policy: You can change or cancel your class up to 8 hours before the class starts. If you wish to change your reservation after the 8 hour window, you may incur loss of classes or fees. Be sure to check out our FAQ page for more details.
