Membership Terms

  • CLASS VISITS: These memberships provide a range of visit options per month: unlimited monthly access (limit of 2 classes max per day), 12 visits, 8 visits, to 4 visits. Memberships are studio-wide memberships and provide access to all regular Mecha classes. If you exceed your 12, 8 or 4 visits in a given month you will be charged $25/class for additional classes taken in the month.

  • ROLLOVER PERK: If you do not use your 12, 8, or 4 visits in a given month you have up to 6 months or until 6/30 and 12/31 to use them each year as long as your membership is active (not frozen or canceled). Any unused classes past those dates will be forfeited and a new cycle begins. There are no extensions in rollover beyond 12/31 and 6/30. Unused visits do not show up on the Mecha app but can be viewed in your account details on the mindbodyonline desktop site. Unused visits are allocated to classes by our client service team when needed to cover an extra class in a bill cycle. If you do not have any extra classes available you will be charged a $25 discounted drop-in charge (Reg. $32.50).

  • PAYMENT: This is an auto-pay membership that comes out on the same day of each month. We do not prorate payments. The monthly fee will be deducted automatically from your payment on file (credit card or bank account).

  • LATE CANCEL and NO SHOW FEES: You can change or cancel your class up to 8 hours before the class starts with no fee or loss of class. If you are on unlimited membership, as a perk, you are allowed one free late cancel or no show every rolling 30 days. Beyond one if you cancel within 8 hours or less of class you will be charged $20. If you do not show or cancel you will be charged $25. For 12x, 8x and 4x memberships, you will lose your class if you late cancel. You will incur an additional $5 charge if you do not cancel out of the class. We do not allow any late entry to classes so make sure you leave yourself enough time to get to the studio, settle in and are ready to start class on time! Fees apply to any and all class reservations you’ve booked and do not use. For example, you may not hold a space in an earlier class and then attend a later class and avoid a fee.

  • MEMBERSHIP FREEZES: You can freeze your account for up to 3 months in a calendar year, all based on your billing date. The minimum to freeze is 1 month and the max is 3 months. Annual Memberships cannot be frozen. You must give a minimum of 2 weeks notice to freeze. Rollover classes are NOT usable on a freeze, your membership must be active to use rollover classes.

  • MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS: There is no contract. If you need to cancel your membership, notify us with 14 days notice at info@mecha.com. Please note you will lose all unused rollover classes when you cancel. Rollover classes are only available for active memberships.

  • MEMBERSHIP UPGRADES and DOWNGRADES: If you’d like to move up in membership or down in membership type we can happily accommodate this request but you must keep the same type of membership for a minimum of three months.

INDIVIDUAL CLASSES AND CLASS PACKAGES

  • CLASS VISITS: Individual classes and class packages can be used for regular Mecha classes

  • EXPIRATION DATE: No expiration date on class packages unless otherwise noted on any special sale

  • CLASS SHARING: Classes and class packages are intended for individual use. Class packages cannot be shared.

  • LATE CANCEL and NO SHOW FEES: You can change or cancel your class up to 8 hours before the class starts. If you cancel within 8 hours of class or do not show up for class, you forfeit the class. If you do not show and do not cancel, you will incur a $5 no show charge. We do not allow any late entry to classes so make sure to leave yourself enough time to get to the studio, settle in and feel ready to start class on time. If you arrive late to class, this will be considered a late cancel.
