It’s simple: find your workout, complete your purchase, check your email for the video link and password.

Video access: You will be able to watch your workout video for up to two weeks. We recommend taking your class a few times so you can watch how much stronger you get each time.

What you need: Each class will list your equipment. You will also need a speaker and a Spotify account to listen along to the playlists that match the class. We suggest a Spotify premium account so you won’t have commercials.

Class options: Full Body workouts are listed first. These vary in length from 30-45 minutes. Shorter body-part focused workouts are listed below. These make a great compliment to your run or other activities.
