  • $500 non-refundable deposit reserves your space - click below to pay

  • 50% balance due by July 1, 2024

  • Final payment due August 15, 2024

  • Refund Policy: First $500 deposit is non-refundable. Additional payments are 100% fully refundable up to 45 days prior to the trip departure date. Payments 45-30 days prior to departure are 50% refundable. Payments 15 days or fewer before departure on October 11th, are non-refundable.

What To Bring

  • Very casual light-weight flowy clothing - don’t bring your fancy stuff

  • Workout tops and bottoms. Typically plan on one outfit per day. We often wear the same outfit we used for yoga the next morning at the Cardio+Strength class. To pack even lighter, know that laundry service is available at a reasonable price.

  • A good book or a few magazines to read in your hammock or by the pool

  • Flip flops are usually the footwear choice but bring a pair of sneakers in case you decide to horseback ride or do a morning jog

  • Swim goggles are nice if you like to swim laps in the pool

  • A laptop if you’re so inclined. Wifi is available but we highly encourage disconnecting from devices if you can! Also, this is a developing country and it’s not uncommon to lose WiFi for a half-day or so.

  • A hat and your swimsuit

  • More info will be sent regarding more packing items as the trip gets closer

Flights

  • There are two flights we will take.

  • One from your local city to Panama City

    • You will book this one yourself with our guidance. Please look for a flight that arrives in Panama City no later than 3pm on the 12th and departs on the 19th not before 3pm from Panama City.

    • The United Denver flight that arrives at 2:19pm and departs at 3:30pm is the one the Colorado crew usually takes.

    • Please email us your flight before you buy it so we can confirm it will work with the timing to switch airports.

    • Some clients like to arrive a day early or leave a day later to spend time in Panama City visiting the famous Canal or checking out Old Town. If you need help with travel or accommodations to extend your stay let us know. If you arrive early, you will be responsible for your own ground transportation to your Panama City hotel and then to the local airport the next day.

  • One from Panama City to Bocas

    • We will book this flight on your behalf as the trip gets closer and Air Panama releases their flight times. The flight is typically from around $250-300 roundtrip. Once we know the price, it will be added to your retreat bill total.
